ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management
We take pride in delivering exceptional service and products to our clients. Our ISO 9001:2015 certification covers the design, development, manufacture, packaging, and repackaging of candles and reed diffusers to meet our client specifications, as well as the packing of customer-supplied cosmetic products.

Working with some of the world’s leading luxury brands, quality is second nature to us. All our candles are poured on-site, meeting rigorous quality standards and delivered on time. Quality checks are carried out throughout production and packing to ensure our exacting attention to detail is maintained from start to finish.

We are proud to have been awarded a Silver Medal in 2024 from EcoVadis, placing us in the top 15% of companies assessed worldwide. This rating reflects our commitment to sustainability, including carbon assessments across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, and ongoing progress toward our environmental goals. We're always on the journey to achieve Gold - continually raising the bar for ourselves and our impact.
Sedex – Ethical Supply Chain Management
As both a Sedex member and platform user, we track and assess our supply chain to support sustainable procurement goals. Sedex provides visibility into working conditions and environmental performance, helping us uphold high ethical standards across our supplier network
ECMA – European Candle Manufacturers Association
We are proud members of ECMA, the collective voice of European candle makers and suppliers, promoting safe use and industry standards. Our Business Relationship Director, Fiona Hamilton-Fox, was the first female president of the EMCA holding the role from 2023 - 2025.
British Candlemakers Federation
As members of the BCF, one of the world’s leading candle associations, we are part of a community representing over half of the UK’s candle production. Our Non-Executive Director, Ken Kyle, proudly served as President of the BCF for a two-year term.
